Your Path to Wellness

Working Together

I started bePowerfuel to provide women with care that is accessible, evidence-based, and truly personalized. I work with women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and ongoing hormone management, helping them feel supported and confident during these transitions.

I also specialize in sexual health and sexual dysfunction related to cancer treatment and survivorship—areas that are often overlooked but deeply important.

Below, you’ll find details on how I work with patients, my
services and membership options, and a bit about me and my approach to care.

Hormone Therapy & Management

Life during perimenopause and menopause can be challenging. Suffering from mood changes, stubborn weight gain, sleep disturbances, brain fog, and hot flashes, it’s natural to have many questions and concerns. With expert guidance and the appropriate treatment plan, you can achieve balance and vitality in this next phase of life.

Safe, evidence-based regimens designed around your specific symptoms, labs, and overall health goals.

Ongoing review of prescriptions including bio-identical hormones, testosterone therapy, and FDA-approved treatments.

Scheduled sessions ensure timely adjustments and continuous oversight.

Weight management medications such as GLP-1s may be integrated into your plan when clinically relevant.

Convenient lab orders and results review with clear, actionable next steps.

Secure messaging with your clinician for guidance between visits.

Medical Weight Loss

Weight changes in midlife can feel frustrating and confusing—especially when hormones, metabolism, sleep, and stress all play a role. If traditional diet and exercise approaches haven’t worked, a medically guided, hormone-informed plan can help you achieve sustainable results with clarity and support.

In-depth review of medical history, labs, prior weight-loss attempts, and metabolic risk factors to guide treatment decisions.

Evaluation and prescribing of GLP-1 and other FDA-approved weight-loss medications when appropriate, with education on risks, benefits, and expectations.

Structured follow-up to titrate medications safely, manage side effects, and optimize results.

Guidance on protein intake, appetite regulation, and sustainable habits that support medication-assisted weight loss.

Regular tracking of weight, body composition trends, labs, and clinical markers to guide adjustments.

Cancer Support and Survivorship Care

Cancer treatment can have lasting effects on hormone health, sexual function, bone health, mood, and overall quality of life. Survivorship care requires a thoughtful, individualized approach that balances symptom relief with long-term safety. With expert guidance, you can address these changes with clarity and confidence.

Comprehensive review of cancer history, treatment exposures, current symptoms, and long-term survivorship risks.

Individualized assessment of candidacy for systemic or local hormone therapy, including cancer-specific risk stratification and shared decision-making.

Evaluation and treatment of sexual dysfunction, vulvovaginal and urinary symptoms, and intimacy concerns after cancer treatment.

Evidence-based options including hormonal and non-hormonal therapies, symptom management strategies, and lifestyle interventions.

Assessment of long-term risks related to treatment-induced menopause or hormonal suppression, with lab and imaging coordination when indicated.
